COZY LAYERS

With this freezing cold weather, this past week has been all about staying warm and cozy. Temperatures have dropped to almost -20ºF!! How absurd is that? that´s why I´ve been layering like crazy. Today´s outfit is a good example of how to stay warm in a comfortable yet stylish way. 

Sometimes jackets are to boxy and I can´t move my arms, so fuzzy and furry cardigans are a good second choice. This one is just about the cuttest thing I´ve gotten this winter. I got it as a christmas present this past december! thank you mom 🙂 and I can´t stop wearing. How cool is the texture and colors?

I absolutely adore it and I was able to wear it with a knit sweater underneath! It might look like I still needed a jacket to go out, but nope! it was perfect and warm enough for the weather that day.

El clima por estos lados del mundo ha estado absurdamente frio 🙁  La semana pasada las temperaturas llegaron hasta casi -20ºF!  ni siquiera quiero hacer la conversion a grados Cº por que me dan ganas de salir corriendo a la playa! Pero bueno, como dice el dicho a mal tiempo, buena cara y aqui estoy compartiendo fotos de un outfit muy abrigadito para estas temperaturas!

Este cardigan de lana es sinceramente lo más lindo que he podido encontrar este invierno. La textura es única y los colores combinan con todo. Fue un ragalito de navidad y no me la quito! Me encanta por que abriga mucho y no hay necesidad de usarlo con más chaquetas. Eso si debajo de ella llevaba un saquito de algodón delgado y uno más grueso tejido. La combinación de las tres capas me permitió poder salir a la calle sin frío y ademas la combinación de texturas lucía muy interesante!
