Summer in the city can always be tricky. It’s hard to find that equilibrium where you can look chic and comfortable at the same time. The less clothes the better, but we have to do it with style.
Summer is all about light weight pieces, soft fabrics, great accessories and color. For some people bright colors, for me, neutrals and a lot of white! But can we talk about this amazing soft shade of green? That was the first thing that caught my eye about this 2-piece set via Shein, and then of course the loose blazer and shorts. This is probably the cutest 2-set piece I’ve worn in a while and it proves why 2-piece sets are the easiest outfits to rock during summer. You just throw them on and look so pull together in a heart beat.
One of my biggest fears during summer is looking like I’m on vacation in the city, that’s why I put so much thought into the accessories and shoes I pair my outfits with. This Rebecca Minkoff bag has been on heavy rotation, it’s so epic and ideal for summer. I’m all about straw bags right now, here you can take a look at one I’ve been wearing a lot lately and this little bag has taken my summer looks to the next level. The sandals were also key, these embroidery ones gave a chic yet unexpected touch to the look, but some espadrilles or flat sandals would have also being a good option!
