How many times have you thought about hiring a personal stylist?
Well, during the past years, it’s something that has gained a lot of popularity. I’ve met a lot of people who enjoy the benefits of these services and I’ve finally decided to try one myself!
I’m just obsessed with the idea! It sounds amazing to have someone who can help you with the way your dress, or simply shop for you based on your needs and what you like or if you are just looking for some help to build the perfect wardrobe for you!
To me it does! and that’s why I’m so excited to partnered up with Trunk Club this year!
Trunk Club is a Nordstrom company that offers personal styling services to both women and men.The fact that they’re Nordstrom company makes me super excited because of the variety and quality of product you can get access to and the dedication to customer service.
Your stylist will be able to help with much pretty ANYTHING you will need, plus as you know I shop at Nordstrom all the time and I’m a big fan of the store!
I signed up about a month ago and I’m loving the experience!
Here are the main reasons why!
1. There are no subscription fees! Yes, you read it right! And shipping is always free. You only get charged $25 to try things at home, but if you are a Nordstrom cardholder, this fee will be waived. Also the $25 styling fee will always be applied towards anything you want to buy!
2. The communication part of the process has been one of my favorite things about the service. Once you are signed up, you will be assigned a stylist. All their personal stylists have gone through extensive training and with all the information you will give them, like your measurements, style, favorite things to wear and lifestyle, they will be able to help you create that dream wardrobe and put together perfect curated outfits just for you. They will also help you discover brands, encourage you to try trends and items you might have never thought of!
3. You can enjoy the service online or at any of their seven clubhouses around the country which are located in Chicago, New York, LA, Dallas, DC, Charleston, and Boston. If you can’t make it to any of the locations you can shop online! The Trunk Club app makes the process super easy and through it you will be able to preview every single trunk and decide whether you want to exchange any items before they get sent to your house! Once you are signed of your stylist’s selections the trunk will be shipped!
4. Trunk Club also gives you the freedom to decide how often you want to get your trunks! You can either get them, monthly, bimonthly or quarterly! Just as needed. And I love this part because it is just really based on your needs, there are not obligations or specific time lines!
5. Another thing that I’ve loved is the Trunk Club app! It’s very easy to use and browse. Under the discover section you will be able to see a lot of fun information about trends and theme trunks which are a great source of inspiration because they can give you ideas on what items you might want to order!
As you can see it’s a very complete and efficient service! I’m loving it and having that second opinion has been great. As a blogger I shop every single week because I need to create new content all the time, and having my stylist has been amazing help.
My first trunk was all about essentials and I loved all the options I got!
One of the things I’m keeping for sure is this ALLSAINTS leather jacket! I’m obsessed with it. It’s such a timeless piece that will help me get through from season to season. Since I have some events coming up, I asked my stylist for some fun floral dresses and the options I got were adorable!

This floral dress is all I had in mind! I loved the print, mix of colors and ruffles! Plus, it has a stretchy waist band that allows my baby bump to fit. I styled it with the ALLSAINTS leather jacket my stylist sent me as well. I’m so glad I got this jacket in my trunk!
How versatile is is?! It’s such a great piece. It goes will absolutely everything and I love how it adds a casual vibe to this girly dress!

The rain waterproof rain hooded jacket is also a great essential! I can totally see why my stylist sent it. The color – which is one of my all-time favorites – goes perfectly with most things I have in my closet! Plus, it’s a piece that will for sure come handy during any season of year!
This Vince Camuto white crossbody bag is such a great piece as well! The size is ideal, the color even more and I just love how the buckle add an instant elegant touch to it. Another classic!

I have to say this is probably a good example of why essentials are so important in our closets. This black body con midi dress is timeless, it’s a piece that you can dress up or down in a second, and how goes does it look with the jacket? I’m loving this look and I’m so glad my stylist sent it!
