Before this year started I promised myself that in 2019 I was going to focus more on taking care of myself. Of course, taking care of myself has always being important but it wasn’t really a priority. There were other things I always considered more important or if I was going to do something for myself it was because I was completely free that day or had nothing to do. I remember I used to think about self care as something that would always take so much time and that is NOT true.
Self care is a mindset and it’s very easy to make it happen.
We can make self care part of our daily life by practicing little things that will make huge differences, like drinking more water, going out for that walk you’ve been wanting to do, making time to have lunch or dinner with friends or something as simple as applying SPF every day before putting makeup on. Yes, SPF. We NEED SPF every single day and we need lots of it. And that’s why I’m such a big fan of Olay and their new Olay Regenerist Whip SPF 25!
