Summer is definitely my favorite time of the year when it comes to fashion. I just love the lightweight fabrics, the prints, the vibe. As the Colombian I am, I truly enjoy the warm temperatures and dressing for them. And today’s outfit is a proof of that.

Si hay algo que yo disfrute en la vida es el verano. Amo el calor, la humedad, el clima. Como buena Colombiana, crecida en Cúcuta en donde hace calor los 365 días del año, crecí completamente acostumbrada en vestirme con ropa ligera y cómoda.
Es por esto que cada vez que llega esta estación soy pura felicidad. Pero bueno hablemos de este top que ya les he mostrado varias veces en mi Instagram. Ademas de haberme enamorado del estampado, la tela es extremadamente suave y de la marca Auguste The Label, descubrí esta marca a través de Verishop, una online retailer que les recomiendo muchísimo. Tienen ropa preciosa, desde prendas a muy buenos precios y de buena calidad, hasta marcas de mucho reconocimiento y que esta cogiendo mucha fuerza en este momento.
Pero bueno, de la prenda que realmente les quiero hablar es de este pantalón de lino. Un básico indispensable en nuestros closets para esta época del año. Les quiero dar tres razones por las cuales necesitan tener este que llevo puesto en las fotos o uno parecido.
- Los pantalones de lino son ultra versátiles. Especialmente los de tonos beige o ecru. Los pueden combinar con prácticamente cualquier color, tela, prenda o textura. Créanme, es una prenda a la que le van a sacar demasiado provecho.
- El lino es un tela extremadamente cómoda, no da calor. El lino es una fibra textil de origen vegetal, por lo tanto absorbe el calor. Prendas como los pantalones de lino se pueden usar fácilmente del día a la noche y no van a sentir calor con ellos. Por eso es tan común ver a la gente usar prendas en este material en la playa.
- No hay nada más chic que un buen pantalón de lino bota recta o ancha. Son tan vestidores y clásicos. Para agregarle más interés, les recomiendo usarlos con tops de lino, no hay nada más chic en este momento que los sets de lino.
