Happy Monday! Is it me or today feels like the first Monday of 2021?! What a crazy week we just had. I can’t believe everything we’ve been seeing on the news. It’s been for sure a lot for everyone. When in the world we ever imagined that could happened to the Capitol?.. it’s just so sad and heartbreaking. Now more than ever, we need to pray for our country. As hard as it is, we need to stay positive and wishing things will get better.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, you are not alone. I personally had to a break from social media. When things like that happen, I feel like I need to shut down, listen and take my time. No everyone handles everything the same way, so if you feel like you need a break too, don’t think twice about it. Or mental health is more important than many other things plus there’s still so much going on with the pandemic that taking care of ourselves can just not be more important than anything else. We need to give ourselves grace and slow down when we have to.
Now let’s talk about this outfits. They might look familiar. These were photos I shared back in December on my Instagram account while we were in Aspen. It was such a fun and of course cold getaway. It snowed most of the time we were there and Sofi was the happiest about it. Of course, the first thing I packed for this getaway were our puffer coats!
I’ve been wearing this off-white one via UNIQLO so much. It’s such a good coat. What I like the most about it is how lightweight and warm it is. It’s truly a must-have for this time of the year.
