SHOP THE LOOK
Every time I want to dress up a t-shirt, high heels are usually the first thing that comes to my mind. Accessories are also very important, but high heels are key. They just add an instant elegance no other shoes can. Even if you are just wearing a white t-shirt with jeans, just by pairing the look with pointy pumps, you will notice how the look will go from sporty to casual chic in a second. In today’s case I paired the t-shirt with this adorable lace up mini skirt I got via Chicwish, and that’s another way to dress up a t-shirt.
Pair it with something unexpected, something that looks completely different from what you would usually wear it with. If you add a blazer to this look, it would be something you could wear to work, and it’s a look that can easily transition from day to night just by getting rid of the layer, a jacket, blazer, or cardigan, whatever you want to pair it with to look night ready.
I usually just tuck in the front of the top, but since the skirt if tight, I tucked it in completely. That styling tip also added a polished touch to the look, and the accessories played a huge role as well. The nude sandals elongated the legs, and the gold accessories helped bring the whole look together. What do you guys think? How would you dress up your t-shirts?
